HKI Camera Automation System is the industries smallest minaturized OCR camera system. About the size of a typical camera enclosure, this system allows for installing an intelligent OCR image capture device on any mobile or stationary environment that requires image capture and OCR of container numbers, chassis numbers, and license plates.
Utilizing internet cloud based technology allows for a very small form factor and affordability. This enables deployment at any site with little to no infrastructure required other than power to the camera.

The highly configurable system can be installed on Mobile Vehicles with 12Volt electrical systems to capture container, chassis, and license plate images for OCR. Built in sensors in the camera housing allow for installation on light poles for providing OCR coverage of an entire terminal.
Internet based audit client software allows for viewing containers/chassis/license plates that are poorly marked or do not match a candidate list sent from the TOS or have containers with poor/hard to read characters. If the system is installed in a mobile application, the server software includes Google® Maps® to plot and display container location information
